Russia’s war toll mounts: More than 2,000 casualties in 24 hours

About 2030 Russian soldiers have been killed or wounded in Ukraine over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of enemy casualties to 738,660 since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the General Staff reported on Facebook on Nov. 29.

A staggering amount of Russian military equipment has been destroyed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including:

Tanks: 9,458 (+8)
Armored combat vehicles: 19,339 (+33)
Artillery systems: 20,886 (+34)
Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS): 1,255 (+0)
Air defense systems: 1006 (+1)
Aircraft: 369 (+0)
Helicopters: 329 (+0)
Operational-tactical UAVs: 19,750 (+89)
Cruise missiles: 2,851 (+86)
Ships/boats: 28 (+0)
Submarines: 1 (+0)
Vehicles and fuel tanks: 30,272 (+86)
Special equipment: 3,700 (+3).

On Nov. 27, Forbes wrote that a Russian soldier has an average life expectancy of two weeks to one month after signing up for the war in Ukraine.
